AT-HOME PERSONAL TRAINING
It starts with a one-on-one evaluation to assess your fitness, flexibility and strength. With this information, a personalized workout plan will be crafted to help you meet your goals in the most safe and efficient way possible.
Each session will incorporate elements of flexibility and mobility, cardio and strength training.
Sessions can be in-person or over Zoom, whichever works best for you.
I am well-versed in multiple forms of training, from bodyweight to free weights, high-intensity to low-impact. I find that variety keeps workouts interesting and fun. We’ll pinpoint what works best for you to create the perfect system to maximize your results.
